Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that feels a bit more burdened. The anxiety about my health has grown slightly, and I confess it's weighing on me. I'm bringing these specific concerns to You right now—every worry, every 'what if,' every fear about what might be happening in my body. Lord, Your Word tells me in Philippians 4:6-7 not to be anxious about anything, but to present my requests to You with thanksgiving. So I'm laying these health worries at Your feet. Please replace my anxiety with Your peace that transcends all understanding. Guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus as I navigate this. Help me to trust in Your perfect care and timing, remembering that my times are in Your hands. Give me wisdom to take practical steps while resting in Your sovereignty.
