Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heavy heart today. This job loss has left me feeling weary and uncertain, and today that weariness feels a bit heavier than yesterday. Lord, You know the anxiety that creeps in when I think about bills, responsibilities, and what comes next. I confess that I'm struggling to see beyond this present difficulty. Please help me to recognize the unhelpful thoughts that tell me this situation defines my worth or determines my future. Ground me in Your truth, Father. As Your Word says in Psalm 34:18, You are close to the brokenhearted. Draw near to me now. Give me eyes to see Your provision even in this valley, and help me to trust that You are working all things together for good. Guide my steps toward new opportunities, and sustain me with Your peace that surpasses understanding. In Jesus' name, Amen.
