Lord, I come before You with a heart that feels broken and weary. The stress I'm carrying hasn't shifted today—it feels like the same heavy weight, the same emotional exhaustion. I confess that in this sameness, I sometimes lose sight of Your presence. Help me to see You in this moment, even when nothing seems to change externally. I bring this specific stress to You—the way it makes my body tense, the thoughts that race, the feeling of being trapped. Please meet me here in this sameness. As Your Word says in Matthew 11:28-29, You invite the weary to come. So I come—exactly as I am, with this broken feeling and this persistent stress. Give me the rest only You can provide. Help me to trust that even when my circumstances don't change, You are still working. Remind me that my worth isn't measured by my productivity or my emotional state, but by Your unchanging love. In Jesus' name, amen.
