Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that's holding onto hope. Thank You for sustaining me through this recovery journey, even when progress feels slow or invisible. Lord, I acknowledge that staying hopeful can sometimes feel like a challenge in itself—help me to see Your hand in the stillness. I pray for Your strength to continue trusting Your timing and plan. Remind me of Your promise in Isaiah 40:31, that those who hope in You will renew their strength.
