Heavenly Father, I come before You with this persistent stress and anxiety that has lingered in my heart. The sameness of this struggle feels heavy today, and I confess that I'm weary from carrying it alone. Lord, help me to recognize when my thoughts are spiraling into unhelpful patterns. Give me the wisdom to pause and redirect my mind toward Your truth. As Your Word reminds me in Matthew 11:28-29, You invite all who are weary to find rest in You. I accept that invitation today. Teach me to take Your yoke instead of carrying this burden myself. Help me to learn from Your gentle and humble heart, trusting that You provide rest for my soul even when circumstances remain challenging. May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus. In His precious name I pray, Amen.
