Heavenly Father, I come to You today with the same parenting anxiety I felt yesterday. The worries about my children's wellbeing, their future, and my adequacy as a parent haven't lifted. I feel stuck in this cycle of concern, and I need Your perspective. Help me to distinguish between legitimate concerns that require action and anxious thoughts that only drain me. When I'm tempted to catastrophize about parenting challenges, remind me of Your promise in Philippians 4:6-7 to exchange my anxiety for Your peace. Give me wisdom to know when to act and when to trust. Help me parent from a place of faith rather than fear, remembering that my children are ultimately in Your care. Teach me to release what I cannot control and focus on what I can do today with love and presence. In Jesus' name, Amen.
