Heavenly Father, I come before You with a mind that won't quiet down. The overthinking that felt overwhelming yesterday has grown a bit worse today, and I feel tangled in my own thoughts. Lord, I need Your peace to interrupt this cycle. Help me to 'take every thought captive to obey Christ' (2 Corinthians 10:5). When my mind races toward worst-case scenarios, redirect me to Your faithfulness. When I rehearse past conversations, remind me of Your mercy that covers imperfections. Give me the courage to release what I cannot control into Your capable hands. Anchor my thoughts in Your truth, not my fears. In Jesus' name, amen.
