Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart full of gratitude. Thank You for this day where I feel a little better, where the hopefulness I've been clinging to has taken a firmer hold. You see the journey I've been on—the ups and downs of recovery—and today, I simply want to thank You for this moment of lightness. Lord, I acknowledge that recovery isn't always linear; there may still be challenges ahead. But today, I choose to focus on Your goodness. As Your Word says in Psalm 34:18, You are close to the brokenhearted. You have been my comfort in the hard moments, and today, I feel Your presence in this encouragement. Please help me to hold onto this progress, not with pride, but with humble trust in You. Strengthen my faith for whatever comes next, and let this improvement remind me that You are at work, even when I can't see it. I pray this in the name of Jesus, my healer and hope. Amen.
