Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that feels heavy and overwhelmed by this addiction. The struggle feels constant, and I confess that some days it's hard to see progress. I feel stuck in this same place, facing the same challenges that weigh me down. Lord, I need Your strength more than ever. Please meet me in this overwhelm. Help me to recognize the thoughts that tell me I can't overcome this, and replace them with Your truth. As Your Word says in Psalm 34:18, You are close to the brokenhearted. Be close to me now. Give me the courage to take just one small step forward today. Help me to lean on Your strength when mine feels gone. Guide me to support and resources that can help. Thank You for never leaving me, even when the path feels dark. In Jesus' name, Amen.
