Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You with a mind that won't quiet down. My thoughts keep circling, and the anxiety I felt yesterday feels a bit stronger today. I'm struggling to find stillness. Lord, I ask You to guard my mind right now—protect it from the spiral of overthinking. Help me present my anxious thoughts to You instead of wrestling with them alone.
