Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You feeling overwhelmed by social situations. The weight of interactions feels heavy today, and I'm struggling to find my footing in relationships and conversations. Lord, You know the specific challenges I'm facing - the anxiety that rises, the thoughts that race, the exhaustion that follows social engagement. I ask for Your peace that surpasses understanding to guard my heart and mind. Help me to take one small step today in social settings, trusting that You are with me. As Your Word says in Psalm 34:18, You are close to the brokenhearted. Be close to me now, Lord. Give me courage to face social situations with Your strength, not my own. Help me to see myself as You see me - loved, valued, and equipped for whatever comes. In Jesus' name, Amen.
