Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart that feels heavier today than yesterday. The anxiety that was overwhelming has grown stronger, and I confess I'm struggling to see Your presence in this darkness. Lord, I feel the weight of these worries pressing down, and I need Your strength to carry what feels too heavy for me alone. Help me to practice what Your Word teaches in Philippians 4:6-7 - to bring every anxious thought to You in prayer rather than letting it consume me. Give me the courage to name this specific anxiety that's growing and to consciously release it into Your capable hands. Teach me to breathe through the panic, to notice my thoughts without being ruled by them, and to find small moments of peace amid the storm. I ask for Your peace that transcends all understanding to guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus today. Help me to trust that even when I feel worse, You are still working for my good. In Jesus' name, amen.
