Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You today feeling the weight of this addiction and the anxiety that seems to be growing stronger. Lord, You know the battles I face—the cravings, the fears, and the sense that things are getting a bit worse. I feel overwhelmed and uncertain, and I need Your presence more than ever. Please calm my anxious heart and replace these fearful thoughts with Your truth. Help me to recognize the lies that fuel my addiction and give me the courage to confront them with Your Word. As Philippians 4:6-7 says, I bring my anxieties to You, asking for Your peace that surpasses all understanding to guard my heart and mind. Strengthen me to take one step at a time, trusting that You are with me even in this difficult moment. Remind me that my identity is found in You, not in my struggles. In Jesus' name, I pray. Amen.
