Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that feels weary from social challenges. The connections that usually bring life feel a bit more difficult, and I confess that this weighs on my spirit. Lord, You know the specific social situations that feel overwhelming right now—the conversations that feel strained, the relationships that need mending, the loneliness that creeps in. I ask for Your wisdom to navigate these social waters with grace and courage. Help me to see myself as You see me—loved, valued, and equipped for meaningful connection. Remind me of Your promise in Matthew 11:28-29, that when I come to You weary and burdened, You give rest. Give me the strength to reach out, the wisdom to listen well, and the courage to be authentic in my relationships. May Your peace guard my heart and mind as I trust in You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
