Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that feels heavy and overwhelmed by the responsibilities of parenting. The constant demands, the emotional weight, the feeling that I'm never quite enough - it all feels like too much to carry. Lord, I'm struggling to find the strength to keep going when every day feels like a battle against exhaustion and self-doubt. Help me to recognize the unhelpful thoughts that tell me I'm failing and replace them with Your truth. Guide me to see my children through Your eyes of love, even when I feel depleted. As Your Word says in Matthew 11:28-30, 'Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.' Help me to truly come to You with my weariness, to learn from Your gentle heart, and to find the rest my soul desperately needs. Give me wisdom to know when to push forward and when to rest in You. Help me to parent not from my own limited strength, but from the overflow of Your grace. In Jesus' name, Amen.
