Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heart that feels the weight of parenting. Yesterday I felt hopeful, but today the challenges seem a bit heavier, and I confess I'm struggling to maintain that hopeful perspective. Lord, when I feel like I'm failing or that things are getting worse, help me to recognize the automatic thoughts that amplify my discouragement. Give me wisdom to question those thoughts and replace them with Your truth. As Your Word says in Psalm 121, my help comes from You—the Maker of heaven and earth. You don't expect perfection from me as a parent; You offer Your strength in my weakness. Help me to lift my eyes from my immediate frustrations to Your eternal faithfulness. Guide my responses today, give me patience when I'm tired, and help me see the small victories I might be missing. Remind me that my worth as a parent isn't measured by today's struggles but by Your grace that covers all my imperfections. In Jesus' name, Amen.
