Heavenly Father, I come before You with a grateful heart today. Thank You for the healing I'm experiencing and for sustaining my hope through this journey. Lord, You see every detail of my struggle and every moment of progress. I praise You for this day of improvement, knowing it comes from Your loving hand. Please continue Your healing work in me - body, mind, and spirit. Help me to trust in Your perfect timing and to find my strength in You alone. When doubts arise, remind me of Your promise in Jeremiah 29:11 that You have plans to prosper me and not to harm me. May I walk in the confidence that comes from knowing You are with me every step of this healing process. In Jesus' name, Amen.
