Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heart that feels a bit heavier than yesterday. The hopefulness I carried has dimmed, and this small step backward in my healing journey makes me question if I'm truly moving forward at all. I feel discouraged, Lord, and I need Your perspective. Please help me see this 'bit worse' feeling through Your eyes. When my mind wants to catastrophize this small setback, remind me of Your promise in Psalm 147:3 that You are the One who heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. Help me trust that even this temporary dip is part of Your healing process. Give me strength to not define my entire journey by today's feelings. Help me remember the hopeful foundation You've already established in my heart. I ask for Your comfort to surround me, for Your peace to guard my heart and mind, and for renewed hope that looks beyond today's emotions to Your eternal faithfulness. In Jesus' name, Amen.
