Dear Lord, I come before You today with a heart that's feeling less hopeful than yesterday about this opportunity before me. The initial excitement has given way to some uncertainty, and I confess that doubts are creeping in about whether this is truly from You or if I'm capable of walking through it well. I bring these anxious thoughts to You right now, asking You to help me identify which thoughts are based in truth and which are fear-based distortions. Father, I pray Philippians 4:6-7 over this situation - help me not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, to present my requests to You. Guard my heart and mind in Christ Jesus as I navigate this opportunity. Give me discernment to recognize Your hand at work, courage to take the next right step, and peace that transcends my changing emotions. Remind me that my hope isn't in the circumstance itself, but in Your unchanging character and promises. In Jesus' name, Amen.
