Dear Heavenly Father, I come to You today with a heart that feels even more broken than yesterday. The small worsening feels significant, and I'm struggling to see beyond this moment. Lord, You know exactly what's making this day harder - the specific thoughts, the particular circumstances. I ask You to meet me right here in this place of increased brokenness. Help me to identify the thoughts that are amplifying my pain, and give me strength to challenge them with Your truth. As Your Word says in Psalm 34:18, You are close to the brokenhearted. Make that reality tangible to me today. Remind me that this worsening isn't permanent, that Your love for me remains constant even when my feelings fluctuate. Help me to take just one small step toward healing today, even if it's simply acknowledging Your presence with me. In Jesus' name, Amen.
