Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You today acknowledging that the peace I've been experiencing has been challenged. Life feels a bit heavier, and I confess that some anxious thoughts are trying to take root. Lord, I ask for Your help to identify these thoughts clearly, to see them for what they are, and to replace them with Your truth. I cling to Your word in Isaiah 41:10, which tells me not to fear, for You are with me; not to be dismayed, for You are my God. You will strengthen me, help me, and uphold me with Your righteous right hand. Please grant me the wisdom to use the tools You provide, like examining my thoughts, and the faith to trust in Your constant presence even when my feelings shift. Help me to find my footing again in Your unwavering love. In Jesus' name, Amen.
