Dear Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of peace that surpasses all understanding. Today I come with a grateful heart, acknowledging the small but meaningful improvement in my emotional state. Lord, You know the challenges life brings—the uncertainties, the pressures, the daily struggles—and yet You remain my refuge and strength. As I reflect on Psalm 29:11, I'm reminded that true peace comes from You alone, not from my circumstances. Help me to recognize the thoughts, choices, or moments that drew me closer to Your peace today. Guide me to cultivate these intentionally, even when life feels chaotic. Strengthen my faith to trust that You are working all things for good, and fill me with Your Spirit so I might extend this peace to others. May my heart remain anchored in Your promises, finding rest in Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, Amen.
