Lord, thank You for this glimpse of relief today. I come before You still carrying the residue of feeling overwhelmed, but with a heart that's noticed a slight lift in the burden. I acknowledge this 'better' feeling as a gift from Your hand, a small sign of Your faithfulness in the storm. Help me not to dismiss it or fear it will vanish, but to receive it as evidence of Your care. As Your Word says in Philippians 4:6-7, 'Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.' I present my overwhelmed heart to You now, with thanks for today's respite. Guard my mind with Your peace as I rest in You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
