Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that is beginning to feel a shift. For so long, I have felt broken, but today, I sense a small movement toward 'better.' Thank You for this glimmer of hope. Lord, I acknowledge the deep pain of feeling broken; it has been heavy and real. Yet, in this moment of slight improvement, I see Your hand at work. I cling to Your promise in Psalm 34:18, that You are close to the brokenhearted. Please, Father, protect this fragile progress. Strengthen my spirit to hold onto this 'better' feeling. Help me not to fear if difficult emotions return, but to trust that You are my constant healer. Guide my steps forward, one day at a time, as I learn to rest in Your unfailing love and the hope of Your restoration. In Jesus' name, Amen.
