Heavenly Father, I come before You today with a heart that feels heavier than yesterday. The overwhelm has grown, and I confess I'm struggling to see past the immediate pressures. Lord, You know exactly what's weighing on me—the specific worries, the tasks that feel too big, the uncertainty that clouds my vision. I bring these to Your feet right now. Help me to identify the thoughts that are amplifying my anxiety today. Give me wisdom to separate what I can control from what I must surrender to You. As Your Word says in Matthew 11:28-29, You invite the weary to find rest in You. I claim that promise now. Help me to take one practical step today—whether it's breaking down a task, speaking truth to a fearful thought, or simply sitting in Your presence. Renew my perspective and remind me that my worth isn't tied to my productivity or perfection. Thank You for being a God who carries our burdens. In Jesus' name, Amen.
