Dear Heavenly Father, I come before You today feeling completely overwhelmed. The tasks, responsibilities, and worries feel like they're piling up faster than I can manage, and my heart is growing faint under the weight. Lord, You see every detail that's pressing on me—the deadlines, the expectations, the constant demands. I confess that I've been trying to carry this load myself, and I'm exhausted. Please lead me to the rock that is higher than I, as Your Word promises in Psalm 61:2. Help me to distinguish between what I'm truly responsible for and what I need to release to You. Give me wisdom to identify the thoughts that are magnifying my anxiety, and replace them with Your truth. Strengthen me to take just the next step, not the whole journey at once. Remind me that my worth isn't measured by my productivity, but by Your unconditional love. Thank You for being my refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. In Jesus' name, Amen.
