### Evening Prayer for a Peaceful Heart

Thank You for the gift of this peaceful day. I am grateful for the quiet moments, the gentle rhythms, and the sense of Your calm that has been present. It is a grace to end the day feeling settled and still.

Your Word reminds me, “In peace I will lie down and sleep, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety” (Psalm 4:8, NIV). This promise feels especially true tonight.

I release this good day into Your hands. I let go of any subtle worry that peace is fleeting, and I surrender my desire to hold too tightly to this calm. I entrust the coming night and the unseen tomorrow to Your perfect care.

Please renew my spirit as I sleep. Guard my heart and mind with Your perfect peace that transcends all understanding. Let my rest be deep and restorative, a true reflection of the trust I place in You.

Tonight, I choose not to be anxious about anything. I commit my spirit, my body, and my dreams into Your faithful hands, confident that You watch over me.

In the quiet of this night, may I be held by Your everlasting peace. In the name of Jesus, my Prince of Peace, I pray.
