**Morning Prayer for Healing with Anxious Heart**

Good morning, Lord. As this new day dawns, I bring before You my need for healing and the anxious thoughts that stir within me. I acknowledge this mix of hope and worry as I begin.

Thank You for the gift of this fresh morning, a new space for Your grace to meet me. Thank You for the promise that Your mercies are new today, even for my anxious heart.

Your Word says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, NIV). I claim this promise over my day.

I release my anxiety about this healing process—the fear of the unknown, the impatience, the "what-ifs." I surrender my body and my timeline to Your perfect care and timing.

Father, grant me the specific grace of deep, sustaining peace today. Quiet my racing mind. Grant wisdom to those providing care, and infuse my body with Your restorative strength. Help me to rest in You, not in an outcome.

Today, I commit to taking one practical step of trust. When anxiety rises, I will pause, breathe, and consciously present my request to You with a short prayer of thanks.

I step into this day held by Your peace, guided by Your hand, and accompanied by Your presence. May my journey toward healing today be a testament to Your faithful love. In Jesus' name, Amen.
