**Evening Prayer for a Weary Heart**

God, tonight I come to You weary. My body feels heavy, and my spirit is tired from the day’s battle with my health. I acknowledge this exhaustion and lay it before You.

Even in this weariness, I thank You for the small graces of today—for the breath in my lungs, for the strength that carried me through, and for the moments of rest You provided.

Your Word promises, *“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”* (Matthew 11:28, NIV). I claim this rest for my body, my mind, and my soul.

Tonight, I release this day and its struggles to You. I surrender the worry about my health, the frustration of my limitations, and this deep weariness. I let it all go into Your capable hands.

Please, Father, restore my strength as I sleep. Heal what is broken, soothe what is aching, and grant my body the deep, restorative rest it needs. Calm my thoughts with the peace of Christ.

I choose to trust You with this night. I entrust my healing to You, believing You watch over me even in my sleep. I release my need to control or understand.

In the quiet of this night, may Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard my heart and mind. Thank You for being my rest. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
