Heavenly Father, my heart feels heavy and confused today. Just yesterday I was resting in Your peace, but today anxiety has swept over me like a sudden storm. I don't understand why this peace has evaporated so completely, and I feel vulnerable and shaken. Lord, I bring this anxiety to You right now - every racing thought, every fearful anticipation, every uncertainty that has stolen my calm. Help me to identify what's triggering this shift and give me wisdom to address it. I claim Your promise in Philippians 4:6-7: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." Guard my mind today, Lord. Help me to take captive every anxious thought and make it obedient to Christ. Restore the peace that comes from trusting in Your sovereignty, even when I don't understand what's happening. In Jesus' name, Amen.
