**Morning Prayer for a Peaceful Day with Family**

Good morning, Lord. As this new day dawns, I come before You with a peaceful heart, grateful for the quiet in my spirit. I lift up my family to You, asking that this peace would be the foundation for all our interactions today.

Thank You for the gift of this fresh morning and for the blessing of my family. Thank You for the harmony I feel now and for the relationships You’ve woven into my life.

I hold onto Your promise today: **“Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.” (Colossians 3:15, NIV)**. Let this be true for my household.

I release any subtle worry that this peace might be disturbed. I surrender my expectations and my desire to control our day, trusting our time together to Your care.

Lord, empower me. Grant me the grace to be a gentle, patient, and present presence for my family. Fill me with Your wisdom to nurture this peace and to be a source of calm and encouragement in my home.

Today, I commit to listening first—to You, and then to my family—with a heart of patience and love, seeking to understand before being understood.

I step into this day with You. May the peace of Christ rule in our home, and may our time together reflect Your love. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
