**Morning Prayer for Healing with Anxious Heart**

Good morning, Lord. As this new day dawns, I bring before You my deep need for healing and the anxious thoughts that stir within me. I acknowledge this worry and place it in Your hands with the day itself.

Thank You for the gift of this morning—a fresh start, a new page, and the quiet promise that Your mercies are new right now. Thank You that I do not face this day, or my healing, alone.

Your Word says, **"Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7, NIV).** I claim this promise over my day.

I release my anxiety to You—the fear of the unknown, the tension in my body, the racing thoughts about what healing will require or how long it will take. I surrender my timeline and my need for control.

Father, grant me the specific grace of *calm trust* today. Quiet my spirit. Give me wisdom to know what step to take next in my healing, and the strength to take it without being overwhelmed. Let me feel Christ’s comforting presence beside me in every moment.

Today, I commit to taking one small, gentle action that promotes peace—whether it’s a quiet breath prayer, a short walk, or consciously releasing a worried thought each time it arises.

I step into this day held by Your peace, guided by Your hand, and trusting in Your perfect timing for my restoration. In the name of Jesus, my Healer, I pray. Amen.
