**Evening Prayer for a Weary Heart**

God, I come to You tonight feeling truly weary. The challenge of my health has been a heavy weight today, and my body and spirit feel drained. I acknowledge this exhaustion before You, without pretense.

Yet, even in this weariness, I thank You for the grace that carried me through today—for the breath in my lungs, for any moment of relief, and for the strength, however small, that I found.

Your Word promises, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest” (Matthew 11:28, NIV). I come to You now, Jesus.

I release this day and its struggles into Your hands. I let go of the frustration with my body, the worry about tomorrow, and the heavy cloak of this fatigue. I surrender it all.

Please restore my soul. Quiet my anxious thoughts and soothe my aching body. Grant me the deep, healing rest that only You can give—a rest that renews more than just my strength, but my hope.

Tonight, I choose to trust not in my own dwindling energy, but in Your endless strength. I entrust my sleeping hours to the watchful care of my Father, the empathetic heart of my Savior, and the comforting peace of Your Spirit.

May Your presence be my blanket and Your peace my pillow. Guard my mind and body through the night, and grant me tranquil sleep.

In the name of Jesus, my rest, I pray. Amen.
