Good morning, Father. As this Saturday dawns, I come to You with a heart full of the week’s busyness. I ask You now to calm my mind and release the clutter of tasks and thoughts, letting them settle in Your presence. I pray for my heart’s preparation for tomorrow’s worship. Quiet the noise within me, Lord, so I can truly hear Your voice and meet with You. Fill me with a spirit of holy expectancy, that I might look forward to gathering with Your people not as a routine, but as a joyful appointment. Grant me, and my family, a truly restful Sabbath—a deep soul-rest that renews and refreshes. As the Psalmist says, “Be still, and know that I am God.” Help me to enter into that stillness today, in anticipation of the peace only You can give. Thank You for this day of preparation. I receive Your rest now. In Jesus Name Amen.
