As the evening settles, I come before You, counting the graces of this Tuesday: the strength to complete my tasks, the unexpected kindness of a friend, and the quiet moments of beauty in the ordinary. I reaffirm my trust in You for tomorrow’s unknown. Though uncertainties linger, I choose to rest in Your faithful character, not in my own understanding. I ask for Your peace, the peace that surpasses all understanding, to guard my heart and my mind tonight. Let it be a tangible presence in this room, calming every anxious thought. I entrust to You, the God who never slumbers, my personal cares and the needs of my family. Hold us all in Your watchful care. As the Psalmist wrote, “In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.” Let this be my reality tonight. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
