As the light of this Friday evening fades, I come before You, reflecting on the week now behind me. I see both the challenges and the small successes, and I ask to view them all through the lens of Your unfailing love. My heart quiets to contemplate the depth of Christ’s sacrifice on the cross—the ultimate, profound act of love that covers all. In the stillness, I release to You any regrets or shortcomings, trusting in Your grace that is greater than my failings. Thank You, Father, for the gift of rest and the promise of the coming Sabbath. It is a sacred pause, a reminder of Your provision and peace. Your word in Psalm 62:5 echoes in my soul: “Yes, my soul, find rest in God; my hope comes from him.” I place my weary heart and the quiet of this night into Your loving hands, seeking true rest in You alone. In Jesus Name Amen.
