As this Tuesday evening settles in, I come before You, counting the graces You poured out today: the strength to meet each task, the unexpected kindness from a colleague, and the quiet moment of laughter shared with my family. I reaffirm my trust in You for all that tomorrow holds, known only to You. I choose to rest in Your faithful character, not in my own understanding. Lord, I ask for Your peace—the peace that surpasses all understanding—to stand guard over my heart and my mind tonight. Calm every anxious thought with the certainty of Your presence. I entrust to You, the God who never slumbers, my own weariness and the specific needs of those I love. Hold us all in Your care. “In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.” This is my prayer and my confidence. In Jesus Name Amen.
