**Morning Prayer for Health Challenges**

Good morning, Father. As this new day dawns, I bring before You the challenge of my health. I acknowledge the uncertainty and physical limitations I face, and I come to You just as I am.

Thank You for the gift of this fresh morning, for breath in my lungs and the promise of Your presence that meets me here. Your mercies are new today, and that includes Your grace for my body and spirit.

I declare Your promise over this day: "But those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint" (Isaiah 40:31, NIV). My hope is in You.

I release to You my fears about my body, my frustration with weakness, and my desire for control. I surrender this day's limitations into Your capable hands.

Lord, grant me the specific grace I need today—whether it's patience in discomfort, wisdom to care for myself, or simply the strength to take the next step. Fill me with Your peace that guards my heart and mind.

Today, I commit to listening to my body as Your temple and to offering one small act of kindness to myself, as an act of stewardship.

I step into this day held by You. May I sense Your companionship in every moment, finding strength not in my own power, but in Your everlasting arms. In Jesus' name, Amen.
