**Evening Prayer for Health Concerns**

Heavenly Father, as this day closes, I come before You carrying the weight of concern for my health. My body feels weary, and my mind is tired from the day’s demands and the uncertainty that lingers.

Yet even here, I find a quiet grace to thank You for: for the breath in my lungs, for the care I have received, and for the strength that carried me through today. Your faithfulness was my portion, even in my weakness.

Your Word promises, *“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.”* (Matthew 11:28, NIV). I come to You now, Jesus. I release this body into Your healing hands. I surrender every ache, every fear, every unanswered question about tomorrow. I let go of the need to diagnose, to control, or to understand.

Please restore me. Grant my body the deep, healing rest it needs. Quiet my anxious thoughts and replace them with Your perfect peace that transcends all understanding. Guard my heart and my mind in Christ Jesus as I sleep.

Tonight, I choose to entrust my health—this fragile vessel—entirely to Your care. You are the Great Physician, and my times are in Your hands.

I close my eyes in the assurance of Your watchful love. May Your presence be my comfort and Your peace my blanket through the night. In the name of Jesus, my Healer and my Rest, I pray. Amen.
