**Evening Prayer for When Loans Feel Overwhelming**

God, tonight I come to You feeling completely overwhelmed. The weight of these loans feels heavy, and the numbers on the page seem to shout of lack and limitation. My mind is tired from circling the same worries.

Yet, even here, I choose to thank You. Thank You for the provision that got me this far, for the roof over my head tonight, and for the breath in my lungs. These are gifts, not debts.

Your Word says, **“Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.” (1 Peter 5:7)** So right now, I cast this entire financial burden onto You. I release the spreadsheets, the due dates, and the fear of the future from my clenched hands and my racing mind. I surrender not just the problem, but this feeling of being swamped by it.

Please, Lord, restore my soul. Quiet the storm of anxiety within me. Grant me the deep, physical rest I need, and renew a spirit of trust and peace that no balance sheet can shake.

Tonight, I choose to entrust my tomorrows—and my finances—to Your capable hands. I will not carry this into the night.

In the caring name of Jesus, who reminds me my value is never in my net worth, I pray. Amen.
