God, my mind won't quiet down. It's buzzing with worries, like a swarm of bees I can't calm. I'm carrying the weight of 'what if' and the fear of things I can't control. Right now, I name this restless energy about the future and surrender my tight grip on trying to figure everything out. I cast this buzzing anxiety into Your caring hands, because Your Word says You care for me. I release my white-knuckled grip on tomorrow and choose to trust that You hold it.
