**Saturday Morning Prayer** Lord, as this week’s busyness settles, I come to You seeking stillness. Quiet my mind from its lists and my heart from its hurry. This Saturday is a gentle threshold—a day of preparation, not just of home, but of soul. I ask You to prepare my heart for worship tomorrow. Stir in me a spirit of holy expectancy. Let me not approach Your day of rest out of mere habit, but with a genuine longing to meet with You and Your people. Grant that my tasks today would be done in a rhythm of peace, leaving space for true Sabbath rest—a rest that restores my spirit and refocuses my eyes on You. As the Psalmist wrote, *“In peace I will both lie down and sleep; for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.”* (Psalm 4:8). May this peace, this trusting stillness, mark my day and pave the way for a worshipful tomorrow. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
