Breathe in deeply… the peace of this holy day.
Breathe out slowly… the anxieties of the week ahead.

Father, thank You for the gift of this Lord’s Day.
Thank You for the rest, the worship, the quiet refreshment for my soul.
I am grateful for the stillness, for the space to simply be with You.

As the evening settles, I hold the insights from today’s Scripture and worship.
Let them take root in my heart.
Grant me the grace to carry them into the coming days, to live out what I have learned in the ordinary moments of work and life.

Now, I release to You all my concerns about this new week.
The tasks, the meetings, the unknowns… I place them all into Your capable hands.
I entrust my time, my energy, and my path entirely to Your care.

Your word reminds me, “I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my loving eye on you.”
I cling to that promise of Your faithful guidance.
Lead me, Lord. My times are in Your hands.

I step into this week holding Your peace, trusting Your faithfulness.
