**A Saturday Evening Prayer** Lord, as this week draws to a close and the evening settles in, I come before You. I lay down the week’s busyness—its thoughts, words, and deeds—and ask You to search my heart. Cleanse me from all that has distracted me from Your presence and purpose. Please quiet the noise within and around me. Remove every disturbance, every lingering worry or worldly care, and prepare in me a heart of stillness, ready to receive You. Stir in me a deep, true longing for Your Word and for the sacred fellowship of worship tomorrow. I pray for those who will lead us: grant Your wisdom and anointing to the speaker, bless every song and prayer, and knit our hearts together in genuine fellowship. “My soul waits in silence for God alone; from Him comes my salvation” (Psalm 62:1). In this quiet trust, I prepare to welcome Your day. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.
