Dear God, I come to You feeling nervous about this social situation. I'm worried I'll say something awkward, be judged, or not fit in. I surrender these specific fears: the fear of looking foolish, of harsh criticism, and of feeling isolated. I release my need for flawless social performance and my desire for everyone's approval. Instead, I cling to You as my constant companion and my secure identity—You are with me in this room. Please grant me the ability to form genuine connections, freedom from overwhelming self-consciousness, and a heart focused on others rather than myself. As Your Word reminds us in 2 Timothy 1:7, 'For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.' Help me walk in that truth today.
