God, I come to You feeling completely broken. The constant, grinding worry has worn me down to nothing. My spirit feels fractured, my resilience shattered. I'm surrendering this broken peace, this lost sense of safety, and this deep depletion of hope. I release these pieces of my fractured self to You—the doubt that I can be made whole again and the crushing weight of this anxiety. I am clinging to who You are: the God who is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Please, mend what is broken in me. Restore my soul from the ground up.
