God, I come to You utterly weary. This job search has drained me—the constant applications, the silence, the polite rejections. I'm exhausted from networking, from trying to prove my worth, from the financial strain that weighs on me every day. I surrender this fatigue to You. I release the performance pressure, the discouragement that whispers I'm not enough. I cannot carry this burden alone. I cling to You as my sustainer, the renewer of strength in long wilderness journeys. Your Word says in Isaiah 40:31, 'but those who hope in the LORD will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.' I ask for that supernatural renewal. Restore my hope, refresh my perspective, and give me perseverance to continue this search, trusting in Your perfect timing and provision.
