Lord, I come to You feeling completely overwhelmed—the noise of conversations, the pressure to be constantly 'on,' and the emotional exhaustion of trying to meet everyone's expectations are draining me. I surrender this weight: the fear of missing out, the burden of disappointing others, and the anxiety of seeking validation. I release the need to be liked by everyone and to fulfill every social demand. I cling to You as my true refuge, the quiet space in crowded places, where I can find rest. As Your Word says in Matthew 11:28-30, 'Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.' I ask for wisdom to set healthy boundaries, to discern genuine connections from draining obligations, and for the freedom to be authentically present without pretense, rooted in Your peace rather than social approval.
