Heavenly Father, I come to You utterly poured out. The fatigue from constant caregiving weighs heavy—the sleepless nights, the endless demands, the emotional exhaustion of being always 'on,' the feeling of being completely touched-out. I surrender this overwhelm to You. I release the crushing pressure to be the perfect parent, to get everything right on my own strength. I am clinging to You as my sustainer and shepherd. Your Word says, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness' (2 Corinthians 12:9). In my weariness, I find my anchor in Your character. I petition You now: grant me daily strength that renews my spirit. Provide moments of true rest amidst the chaos. Fill me with patience that outlasts frustration and shower me with Your abundant grace for this long parenting journey. Be my strength when I have none left. Parent alongside me in every challenging moment. Amen.
