Dear God, my heart is so anxious. I pour out to You my fears about these symptoms, the worry over test results, and the uncertainty of what lies ahead. I surrender to You my specific fears: the anxiety of a difficult diagnosis, the worry about treatments and their side effects, and the deep concern for my long-term health and future. I release my need for immediate answers and my desire to control these outcomes. I choose to cling to You, the Great Physician, the source of all healing and perfect peace. I ask for Your peace that transcends all understanding, a peace that guards my heart and mind regardless of what the medical reports say. Help me to trust in Your perfect timing and Your loving plan for my life. As it is written in Jeremiah 17:14, 'Heal me, Lord, and I will be healed; save me and I will be saved, for you are the one I praise.' I place my hope in You.
